These Sonoma Coast engagement photos with Carly and Devin were perfect. Not only because of the location, but because I was able to capture a dear friends engagement photos. I get to work with Carly frequently as she is an amazing Napa Valley wedding coordinator at Carly Saber Events! We’ve been able to work side by side on many weddings, so when she asked me to capture not only her engagement session, but her upcoming spring wedding, I was honored!

Carly & Devin’s Fun Sonoma Coast Engagement Photos

Carly truly planned the most aesthetically perfect picnic to have on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. This doesn’t really come as a surprise to me as she plans events for a living. With bread, fruit, sweets, and champagne, she didn’t skimp out on the picnic! From the location, outfits, and perfect props, this was definitely an engagement session to remember!

One thing I love about this little spot on the Sonoma Coast near Jenner, CA is that you get a mix of woods, beach, and cliffside views. Because of this, we were able to get several different looks for Carly and Devin’s Sonoma engagement photos. I will say it was pretty windy, but in my opinion, this is a small price to pay for such a breathtaking location. Overall, this was the perfect engagement session. I’m so happy that I was able to capture such a special time in my good friends life!
