As a Northern California film photographer, I’m sure it’s no surprise that I love shooting with film. For Tosha and Nick, I shot their entire session using 100% film. More specifically, 35mm Portra 400 and Tri-x. If you’re looking for something a little moodier, sexier, and looking for more of a film vibe, then I highly recommend a session shot entirely on film like Tosha and Nick!

Tosha + Nick’s Sexy Couples Film Photoshoot in The Desert

For their session, we headed to Lava Caves near Mt. Shasta in Northern California. This was the perfect location for Tosha and Nick’s session. The Lava Caves offer such a rugged backdrop, and the beauty of the Shasta Mountains in the background were perfect. We had a great time exploring the area and soaking in the beauty. I loved capturing Nick and Tosha behind my lens. There’s just something about the way film can capture the emotion in photos and creates such a moody look. Tosha and Nick have undeniable chemistry, making photographing them incredibly easy. They had no problem being themselves during this session, and I loved every minute of it!
